Service Call and Diagnostic Fee
$100.00 for most appliances. Covers the technician's visit and thorough diagnosis.
Parts and Labor
Parts are priced based on local supplier rates. Labor is based on the State Flat Rate Labor Guide.
* Wall-Hung Microwave Units: For wall-mounted microwaves above ovens, requiring removal, an additional $40 fee applies. You may remove the microwave yourself before the appointment to avoid this fee.
If your appliance is under one year old, please contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a warranty claim. Their customer service team will provide a dispatch number authorizing us to perform the repair. This authorization is required for us to bill the manufacturer for the service.
For Units Over One Year Old with an Extended Warranty:
If your appliance is over one year old and covered by an extended warranty, you must contact your warranty provider before scheduling a service appointment with us. The contact information for your warranty provider can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you can't locate the certificate, reach out to the dealer where you purchased the appliance for assistance in retrieving the necessary details.
